  • How long does the shipping take?

    Shipping time from Ukraine via regular mail is standard for most countries: 21-28 business days. Large artworks (bigger than 70 x 70 cm ( 27.5 x 27.5 in) are only shipped in tubes to prevent canvas damage. Please, allow 1-3 business days for the production and packaging procedure.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

    Buying an original artwork or a print you get free worldwide shipping. Note! Additional import taxes may apply as per your country’s customs guidelines upon delivery.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can! Delivery notes with tracking numbers are emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes, there is a worldwide shipping for most international destinations: all countries of Europe, Asia, Americas, Australia and Oceania. The payments for orders are accepted from the above-listed countries as well.

  • Can I return my print or refund my order?

    A print can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged. Please, send an email with a picture of your print how it arrived. If you have problems receiving your order, please, send an email.
